Does Candles by Lola use lead wicks in their candles?
No, we use lead free wicks in all of our candles and we only sell lead free wicks.

Do you offer information on how to make candles?
Yes we do. Even though we are a candle maker, we have helped a great many of our customers get started in candle making.

How do you ship your products?
All of our orders via our web site and call in orders are shipped USPS. If the customer has a preference other than USPS, we will try our best to ship by their preference. If the shipping is higher than USPS, the customer will be invoiced via PayPal for the difference.

Why isn't the 8 oz, 16 oz and 32 bottles of fragrance not filled to the top of the bottle?
All of our fragrances are sold by weight, not volume.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes we do. To purchase wholesale we need a business tax ID on file before purchasing.

Can you call your order in?
Yes you can. We accept all major credit cards at our business. You can call toll free at 866-546-5052.

Does Candles by Lola make all their candles?
Yes we do. All of candles are made in our shop.

I received a shipment and it was damaged. What should I do?
Contact us immediately. We go that extra mile to package all of our shipments to keep breakage at a minimal, however we have no control over the shipping companies handling of the packages. Our customers satisfaction is important to us and we will do everything possible to correct any issues.

Do you accept PayPal?
Yes we do. We are a verified PayPal seller. If you use PayPal to purchase our porducts, please make sure you click the submit button on the checkout page after you have been redirected from PayPal to the Candles by Lola checkout page. If you don't your payment will not be processed.

Do you have to have a PayPal account to purchase through PayPal?
No. Anyone can purchase via PayPal with most credit cards. I would recommend signing up for a PayPal account. It is free to do so.

Is PayPal the only way to purchase products?
No. We also accept credit cards.

I purchased with PayPal and did nor get a order confirmation, what should I do?
You did not click the submit button to finalize your order after paying with PayPal. Make your order, checkout through PayPal, after payment you will be returned to the checkout page, click the submit button and you will finalize your order and get order complete confirmation.
